Refund policy

At Amcan, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality bed bug protection products. We
understand that sometimes, returns may be necessary. Please review our online return policy below to
ensure a smooth and efficient process.

30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be
unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please see return process
below.

Exchanges and Returns for Manufacturer Defects:

If you receive a product with a manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately at
orders@amcanproducts.com. Please review Amcan’s Manufacturer Warranty Policy and follow the
steps outlined.

Return Process for 30-Day Return Policy:

1. Approval Process: All return requests must be submitted to orders@amcanproducts.com.
Returns are subject to approval, and we reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our
criteria. Approved returns must be unused, in its original packaging with all accessories unused,
and in the same condition as it was received. You may need to provide photos to ensure your
return is approved. *Covers that were used to test fit will NOT be eligible for a return*

2. Return Authorization: Once the first step of the approval process is complete, you will receive a
Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please clearly mark this number on the outside of the
package.

3. Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging, including all
accessories and documentation.

4. Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise approved
by Amcan during the return authorization step. We recommend using a trackable shipping
service to ensure that your return is received.

5. Return Address: Ship the return to the address provided in the Return Authorization email.

Refund Process:

1. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it continues to
meet the return criteria.

2. Refund Approval: Once the return has been inspected and meets approval standards, a refund

will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days.

3. Credit Card Refunds: Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to reflect on
your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled by calling 1-877-411-0053 or by emailing orders@amcanproducts.com. Only
orders that have not been processed will be cancelled. When an order is canceled, no amount will be
charged to the payment method submitted and the authorization will be voided.
