This Manufacturer Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our 5-year warranty for bed bug mattress, box spring and pillow covers purchased through our online platform.

Warranty Coverage:

Amcan’s 5-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to:

  1. Seam and Zipper Integrity: Any defects in the seams and zippers that affect the functionality of the mattress cover or box spring cover. Zippers that are overstretched or forced are not covered under this warranty.
  2. Fabric Quality: The fabric used for our covers is high quality, providing maximum protection against allergens, bed bugs, and spills. Covers with defects that compromise its effectiveness in preventing any of the above will be considered for warranty.
  3. Workmanship: Our warranty covers any issues arising from the manufacturing process that affect the performance of the mattress, box spring or pillow cover.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  1. Misuse or Abuse: Any use of the product that is not in accordance with the provided instructions, including but not limited to forcing a mattress into a cover that is not the appropriate size, burn marks, knife cuts, big rips, or tears.
  2. Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents, spills, or other external factors. Loss due to fire, theft, flood or other environmental acts are not covered. Damage due to inappropriate washing methods or temperatures is also not covered.
  3. Alterations or Modifications: Any alterations or modifications made to the product without Amcan's prior approval.
  4. Normal Wear and Tear: The expected wear and tear that occurs with regular use of the product over time, including discolouration.

Warranty Claim Process:

  1. Contact Amcan: If you believe your mattress, box spring or pillow cover is covered under warranty, please contact our customer support team at
  2. Provide Information: In your warranty claim, include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs illustrating the defect.
  3. Evaluation: Our warranty team will evaluate the information provided and may request additional details if necessary.
  4. Resolution: If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, Amcan will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product.
  5. Shipping: Amcan will cover the shipping costs associated with the replacement or repaired product.


This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Warranty is only for products that are purchased from the Amcan Products website.
